Niela Miller
Niela is a skilled coach, therapist, trainer, and educator.
She offers workshops, coaching, consulting and training
to the public and to corporate, non-profit and other entities in
many other areas of personal and professional development.
Niela trains trainers, coaches, managers, consultants and educators
to develop their creative and emotional intelligences in their work
and their lives. She employs many innovative tools from her background in

recognizing learning and teaching styles, conflict resolution, and stress
management in rapid change environments. Her recent book, Workshop Design

Carrie Straub
Carrie Straub has been a line manager, corporate trainer and business coach
for over 20 years. She brings energy, creativity and dedication to her
practical, idea-filled sessions for real-world workers. Carrie coaches both
managers and workers in organizations that range from small manufacturers to
large public agencies.
Carrie offers meaty, practical and timely programs on real-world
performance management, e-marketing for small businesses, training design,
life/work transition and personal coaching which are also the themes for her
books and magazine articles. She is a founding member and current Board
Secretary for the Portland Chapter of the International Association of

Don Wigal, Ph.D
Don Wigal's doctoral degree (from Columbia Pacific University) is in the
psychology of adult education. He taught adult education at Mary Rogers
College, as well as academic topics at Antioch College and the University of Dayton. His undergraduate degree was from U. of Dayton. His Masters is from Notre Dame, and doctorate from Columbia Pacific. He has adult education certifications from other academic schools. From the U. of Dayton he received the Distinguished Alumnus Award.
Don has designed many interactive questionnaires and training programs
for a variety of populations. He is certified in the use of of the Myers
Briggs instrument, and has used and interpreted it in many major
corporations, including General Motors, Allied Signal and others.
Don Wigal has written several books in various fields, including four titles
in theology for Herder & Herder and over forty encyclopedia articles for
HarperCollins. His short works on popular psychology have been published by
Simon & Schuster, Doran and Sadlier. He edited for the latter Drug Education
for Parents and Teachers. His most recent book, published by Random House,
profiles a dozen innovative personalities.
